Greenfield Waters Florida Realty, a specialist boutique luxury brokerage based on Palm Beach Island, is opening three select Realtor positions for experienced agents who are ready to level up, specialize, advertise, and build a higher-value business.
We are not looking for new licensees.
We are not looking for part time dabblers.
We are not looking for agents who want a logo and no plan.
We are looking for serious, experienced, producing Realtors who want real broker support, real planning, real market strategy, and a brokerage home built around high level execution.
We are hiring for three specialist roles:
1. Palm Beach Island Specialist
An additional dedicated Realtor focused on Palm Beach Island, including luxury homes, condos, estates, seasonal clients, private sellers, and high-net-worth buyers.
2. Neighboring Luxury Town Specialist
A producing Realtor focused on a specific luxury market such as Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, or another surrounding high value area.
3. Luxury Gated Community Specialist
A producing Realtor focused on a specific desirable gated community, including but not limited to Lost Tree Village, Stone Creek Ranch, Seminole Landing, The Bear’s Club, Admirals Cove, Old Palm Golf Club, The Sanctuary, BallenIsles, Addison Reserve, St. Andrews Country Club, Woodfield Country Club, Seven Bridges, The Bridges, The Oaks at Boca Raton, Canyon Lakes, Canyon Isles, Canyon Tails, Lotus, and many more better upper middle market and luxury gated communities throughout Palm Beach County.

- Licensing and experience required
- Previous production not limited to deal size as we look for potential
- Last 12 months sales minimum at $3,000,000 and deals over $500,000
- Last 12 months sales with individual deals over $1,000,000 more preferred
- Professional development including personalized coaching and mentorship
