Eric Gunther Realtor is the President and managing Broker of Greenfield Waters. He started his career financing the international trade of consumer goods many of which are household names. Eric has gained complex experience from owning financial firms and various advanced investment banking licensing from the SEC and FINRA along with being a licensed lender syndicating capital to businesses.
His family has 3 generations of experience in real estate from the commercial ownership side with relatives owning Manhattan landmarks and also selling residential properties for almost 100 years. He has lived in Florida most of his adult life and has experienced firsthand the evolution of our state and the growth of the real estate market here. Eric is currently living in Palm Beach County with his wife and two children.
When he first joined his family lineage into real estate many years ago, he found success easily and quickly. He began to explain to others that the best process of selling real estate is when you take a deep dive to truly explore the needs of your prospect. Eric formed Greenfield Waters based on the basic principles of helping others from the individual buyer or seller to the small to medium sized builder developer.
